OFF BEAT PHOTOGRAPHY by emilygoater
This project only had a couple of goals one to make them company become more open to different types of customer. They wanted to start including what they love and more style of where they come from as individual photographers and being able to shoot pictures for different briefs. It needed to be more on trend, but be elegant also.
Firstly I wanna say thank you for the views to far! Totally blown away by how many views and re-bloggs I have had! Thank you!
So the other I gave in to yet another shoes buy Oppsy! I have a little obsession for shoes I have 21 pair of shoes and thats not counting my heels and wedges! Might need help. Someone put me in touch with a therapist?
Only joking its ok to have another obsession apart from design! I went back and have followed my momma’s footsteps with buying some juju other wise known as jelly shoes, to the people I work with. As I’m only just over 5 foot (thats a lie I am 2 inches smaller than that(windy face)). These shoes add about 3 inches onto my height which is great. And good news for everyone they are actually ok to wear to work if you buy the right padding for them they kill! You feet at the front. Mega time!
I went into my garden as soon as I bought them and took pictures of course that is normal! Don’t answer that. Question what do you think?
As my style at the present is very graphic designer very plain colours and minimalist styling. So I wore these jellies with black skinny’s and a white thin summer top! Black and white is the theme ;)!
My favourite photograph is of me at work(Second Photo) with the flooring such a cool photo!
I also want the this flooring in my studio would be so cool I’m going to look into this! I’ll let you know when or if it gets done and of course with pictures as always!
Andy Warhol Moderna Museet Poster Series:
So I have a few projects going on at the moment and I have been working day and night to get start on my new studio space. This came about after i graduated from the studio I was involved with while studying this studio was called, ‘This is FEED’ it was a very cool place to work and learn. Even though I am sad to leave I’m a bit stuck on space here at my house now. Now where to great and store anything.
I have finally decided to act on having no space I am going to convert a log cabin into a black, grey and white studio/ living space for myself right at the bottom of my garden. There is no noise up there, only the sound of birds and wind and most of the time rain!
I love the minimalist theme of most the studios I’ve been into are very plan and all about the work.
So i have created a board on my Pinterest page all to do with this cabin/ studio. You’ll see the link at the bottom of this post.
Today’s stared to look at what designs or influential quotes to get my working and creating. What I could get in picture frame or poster formats. So I found on this blog jannerudhansen.com/blog a poster series by ‘Andy Warhol’ he created a series of these posters for the museum of Moderna Museet in Sweden they were are still being sold at the shop even though the Andy Warhol exhibition hasn’t been on since 1968. I am very jealous you can’t buy these poster over the Internet. How ever after looking for a really long time. I found them on this website: *http://elephant-life.shop-pro.jp/?pid=24381432
I love these poster but sadly they have no longer got them in stock. So I thought we’ll I’m a designer I know the typeface, lets recreate these posters and get them printed. So that’s exactly what I am currently doing. As soon as I have done this I will post and show you the steps of how I am recreating.
If anyone has any other idea of where to find the posters. Leave a comment or email or tweet me!
